When you think of the best sports league, do you think of Sundays watching NFL football? Or how about singing Take Me Out to the Ballgame and Major League Baseball? Well, it could end up being the PAC 12.
The Sports Business Journal has compiled a list of nominees for the Sports League of the Year award, consisting of the NFL, MLB, NHL, PGA tour and PAC 12. The PAC 12 is the only college league nominated for the award, and I'm not entirely sure it could beat out the NFL, but you can bet the PAC 12 fans will be cheering for our favorite teams next year regardless.
And for the Sports Executive of the Year award, PAC 12 commissioner Larry Scott is going up against Bud Selig, David Hill, Tim Finchem and Roger Goodell.
